![]() Same problem with new card! After some trial and error I eventually fixed the problem by uninstalling AMD Radeon Adrenalin driver and Trixx and shutting down computer and pulling ac cord. Fired up Trixx 7.5 again and lo and behold, no VBIOS selection option, fan health check failed and no control via nitro glow. This worked, but then I made another change and RGB lighting on the 5700 XT had frozen in last state again. I was convinced the first card was faulty, but then later same day I connected the 5700 XT via the 3-pin aRGB to the motherboard and tried to control it through Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0. Hey presto, Trixx was now working and I could control card's RGB lighting. Got the replacement card from Amazon within a day and installed it. Contacted Sapphire support and after a bit of a runaround they told me to return and get a new card. Tried everything I could uninstalling/reinstalling Trixx to no avail. Then I installed Trixx 7.5 and found I had no VBIOS selection option in the dashboard as I should, fan health check failed, reporting 0 rpm even though fans were spinning at full speed, and nitro glow would not control the graphics card's RGB lighting. I later installed Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 and played around with that. Initially RGB lighting was working on the graphics card (default rainbow effect). So turns out I encountered same/similar issue with Sapphire RX 5700 XT and Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 mobo. ![]()
